Large items including massage chairs, cryotherapy chambers, hyperbaric chambers, red light therapy beds, infrared saunas, and spa tables ship via freight carrier. Delivery is curbside or driveway drop-off only. White glove service, inside placement, and installation are not included unless otherwise noted on the product page. Please inspect your delivery carefully before signing — if you notice visible damage, note it on the delivery receipt and contact us immediately.
