Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to the continental United States only. Orders cannot be shipped to Hawaii, Alaska, U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations at this time.

Shipping Costs

All orders include free standard shipping within the continental United States. No minimum order required.

Order Confirmation

As soon as you place your order you will receive an order confirmation email. This means we have received your order and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. We immediately reach out to our suppliers to confirm the item is in stock and available for shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and contact you by email. If your item is available for immediate shipment, we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST begin processing the same day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day. Processing times may vary by brand. Please see the brand-specific sections below for any exceptions.

Estimated Delivery

Standard shipping typically takes 5 to 9 business days after processing. Backordered or high-demand items may take up to 3 weeks. All delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, carrier delays, or supplier lead times. Brand-specific lead times are noted in the sections below and take precedence where they differ.

Order Tracking

You will receive tracking information by email within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse. If you do not receive tracking within 6 business days of your order, please contact us at support@luxurywellnessstore.com.

Address Changes

If your order has already been processed or shipped and you need to change your delivery address, contact us immediately and we will do our best to accommodate the change. Please expect possible delays. Any additional freight charges resulting from an address change are the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery Issues

If your package is delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, contact us and we will follow up with the carrier. If tracking shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, please verify your shipping address, check with neighbors or building management, and then contact us. We will investigate and resolve the issue.

Damaged Packages

Please inspect all items at delivery. If you notice any damage, note it on the delivery receipt before signing and report it to support@luxurywellnessstore.com within 24 hours with photos of the product, all packaging, and the shipping label. Please note that some brands have specific damage reporting windows. See brand-specific sections below as they take precedence where they differ.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping information before completing your order. We are not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.

Brand-Specific Shipping Information

Capillus Products

The Capillus Spectrum and Healing Pod ship via UPS Ground with an estimated delivery of 5 to 9 business days if in stock. The Capillus Face Mask ships via UPS Ground with approximately 3 weeks lead time due to high demand.

iComfort / Westinghouse Products

Shipping typically takes 5 to 9 business days. Chairs ship by freight carrier and arrive packed on a pallet. Delivery is to the first threshold, driveway, garage, or front door if accessible. Inside placement, unpacking, and assembly are not included. Please inspect your shipment carefully. If you see visible damage, note it on the delivery receipt and contact us immediately at support@luxurywellnessstore.com.

Cryonick Wellness Technology Factory Products

In-stock items typically ship within 5 to 9 business days. Products that are not in stock or are special order typically take 6 to 8 weeks for manufacturing before shipment. All Cryonick products ship by freight carrier. Delivery is curbside or driveway drop-off only. White glove service, inside placement, unpacking, and installation are not included. Customers must ensure site readiness, freight truck accessibility, and compliance with installation requirements prior to delivery. If damage is visible at delivery, note it on the delivery receipt and notify us immediately at support@luxurywellnessstore.com.

Body Balance System Products

All Body Balance System products are made in the USA and ship fully assembled via freight carrier directly from their U.S. facility. Lead times vary by product but typically 6 to 8 weeks. Please contact us for current availability and estimated delivery. Delivery is curbside or dock drop-off only. White glove service, inside placement, unpacking, and installation are not included. Devices such as the OvationULT are designed to fit through a standard 32-inch doorway. Customers are responsible for ensuring site accessibility prior to delivery. Any visible damage must be noted on the delivery receipt before signing and reported immediately to support@luxurywellnessstore.com.

Prism Light Pod / Prism Light Pad Products

Prism Light Pod (Full-Body Bed): Lead time is 6 to 8 weeks due to manufacturing and scheduling. Delivery and installation are included within the continental U.S. Prism coordinates delivery and installation with its own logistics team. Customers must ensure site readiness, freight access, and electrical compliance before placing an order. If damage is visible at delivery, note it on the delivery receipt and report immediately to support@luxurywellnessstore.com.

Prism Light Pad (Portable Unit): Lead time is 1 to 2 weeks. Ships free via UPS or FedEx Ground within the continental U.S. Tracking and signature are required. Customers should open and inspect the product upon receipt. Any shipping damage must be reported to support@luxurywellnessstore.com within 72 hours.

Oakworks Products

All Oakworks products are made to order under a Just-In-Time manufacturing model, with lead times typically 6 to 8 weeks depending on season and order volume. Standard delivery is LTL curbside with liftgate service. Optional delivery upgrades including dock-to-dock and White Glove service are available and will be quoted separately. Customers may also arrange their own freight carrier by providing account details.

Freight Terms: Products become the buyer's property upon delivery. Please inspect all Oakworks shipments carefully at delivery and contact us at support@luxurywellnessstore.com within 24 hours of receipt so we can coordinate with Oakworks on your behalf within their required 48-hour reporting window. Damages and shortages must be noted on the Bill of Lading at the time of delivery. For FedEx or UPS shipments, damages and shortages must also be reported to us within 24 hours. Missing or misdelivered shipments must be reported within 5 business days of the scheduled delivery date.

Storage Policy: If your order is ready to ship but delivery is delayed at your request, storage is free for the first 5 business days. After that, a fee of $50 per table per partial week applies. Storage fees must be paid before your order is released for delivery.

Summit to Sea Products

All Summit to Sea hyperbaric chambers ship free via FedEx Freight directly from the manufacturer's U.S. facility. Most in-stock chambers ship within 24 to 48 business hours after the order is processed. Chambers ship in multiple boxes due to size and configuration. Delivery is curbside as part of standard free shipping. Additional delivery services such as white glove are not included. Optional professional installation is available for $600 and is coordinated directly with the customer. If a chamber is temporarily out of stock, we will provide the estimated restock timeframe before your order is processed. Tracking details will be provided once the order has shipped.

Golden Designs / Dynamic Saunas / Maxxus Products

All Golden Designs, Dynamic Saunas, and Maxxus products ship free via freight carrier within the continental United States. Lead times vary by product and availability with in-stock items typically shipping in 5 to 9 business days. Please contact us at support@luxurywellnessstore.com for current availability before placing your order. Delivery is curbside. Saunas are large freight items and require adequate space and access for freight truck delivery. Customers are responsible for ensuring site accessibility prior to delivery. Please inspect your order carefully at the time of delivery. If there is visible damage, note it on the delivery receipt and contact us within 24 hours at support@luxurywellnessstore.com with photos of the damage, packaging, and shipping label.

Dr. Fuji Products (Including Dr. Boss and Asahi)

All Dr. Fuji, Dr. Boss, and Asahi products ship free from the manufacturer's authorized U.S. facility in Fremont, California. Orders are typically processed within 5 to 9 business days after payment is received. Delivery time depends on your location. Tracking details will be emailed once your order ships. Delivery is curbside or driveway drop-off only. White glove service, inside placement, unpacking, and installation are not included. Please inspect deliveries carefully. If damage is visible, note it on the delivery receipt and notify us immediately at support@luxurywellnessstore.com.
