Scope and Intent

This Return and Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through Luxury Wellness Store at https://luxurywellnessstore.com. We carry premium wellness equipment from multiple manufacturers, each with their own return conditions. By placing an order with us, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to this policy in full. By completing a purchase you confirm you have reviewed the brand-specific return policy applicable to your product.

General Return Conditions

All returns require prior written approval. Do not ship any item back without first receiving a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from our team. To request an RMA, email support@luxurywellnessstore.com with your order number, product details, and reason for return. Unauthorized returns will be refused and returned at the customer's expense.

For eligible returns, we provide a prepaid return shipping label at no upfront cost. A 25% restocking fee applies and the actual cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund once the return is processed. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days of the return being received and approved.

If your return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we cover 100% of return costs and no restocking fee applies.

Each brand has its own specific return conditions. Please review the brand-specific sections below as they take precedence over these general conditions where they differ.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect all items at delivery. If you notice damage, note it on the delivery receipt before signing. Report any damage, defect, or incorrect item to support@luxurywellnessstore.com within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the product, all packaging, the shipping label, and the SKU. Damage reported after 24 hours may not be eligible for a freight claim.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you. If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery window, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier. Confirmed lost shipments will be replaced or fully refunded.

Please note that some brands have specific damage reporting windows. Please review the brand-specific sections below as they take precedence where they differ.

Order Cancellation

Orders cancelled before shipment receive a full refund. If your order has already shipped, the return procedure applies after you receive the product. Chargeback Policy

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. We are available Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm EST at support@luxurywellnessstore.com or +1 (860) 590-3541 and are committed to resolving any issue fairly and promptly. Filing a fraudulent chargeback for an order delivered as described, or for a delay outside our control, may result in legal action. We are on your side and will do everything we can to make it right.

Brand-Specific Return Policies

Capillus / Curallux Products

Returns are accepted within 1 year of the original purchase date. The refund amount is 75% of the purchase price paid by the customer. The product must be in original, undamaged condition with all packaging and materials included. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. All returns must be processed through Luxury Wellness Store as Capillus does not accept returns directly from customers. Capillus products cannot be directly exchanged. Please request a return if eligible and place a new order for the desired item.

Return Procedure: Email support@luxurywellnessstore.com with your order number, product details, and reason for return. Once approved, you will receive a Return Authorization number and instructions. Ship the product using a trackable, insured shipping method and retain your tracking number until your refund has been processed.

iComfort / Westinghouse Products

No returns are accepted after opening or use. The product must be in the original sealed packaging. Returns must be shipped directly to the original warehouse as instructed. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Returned items must be shipped via a trackable courier service. These products cannot be directly exchanged. Please request a return if eligible and place a new order for the desired item.

Return Procedure: Contact support@luxurywellnessstore.com for authorization before returning any item. Once approved, we will provide the warehouse return address and instructions.

Cryonick Wellness Technology Factory Products

All sales are final. Due to custom manufacturing and warranty validation requirements, Cryonick products are final sale. No returns, refunds, or exchanges are accepted under any circumstances. Orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun. Customers must ensure compatibility with their facility, compliance with installation requirements, and readiness for delivery prior to placing an order. Body Balance System Products

All sales are final once an order has shipped. Due to the professional, commercial-grade nature of Body Balance System equipment and custom manufacturing requirements, these items are final sale. Returns, refunds, or exchanges are not accepted after shipment. Customers are responsible for reviewing product specifications, dimensions, and access requirements before placing an order. Order cancellations may be possible if requested before production or fulfillment begins. Please contact support@luxurywellnessstore.com immediately if you need to cancel.

Prism Light Pod / Prism Light Pad Products

All sales are final. No returns, refunds, or exchanges are accepted. Due to custom manufacturing and warranty validation requirements, these items are final sale. Orders cannot be cancelled once production or fulfillment has begun. Customers are responsible for reviewing product specifications, electrical requirements, and delivery access before placing an order. Oakworks Products

All Oakworks products are custom-built to order. Returns are generally not accepted. If a return is approved by Oakworks, it must follow their RGA (Return Authorization) procedure. Master's Collection and any products with custom laminate finishes are non-returnable and final sale. Non-returnable items also include upholstered or fabric products, linens, sheets, table warmers, table fleece, Hag Capisco chairs, and Sonographer's chairs. Any approved returns must be in new condition in original packaging and will incur a 30% restocking fee plus return shipping charges. Requests for non-warranty returns must be submitted within 15 days of the original ship date. Email support@luxurywellnessstore.com and we will facilitate communication with Oakworks and guide you through the RGA process if eligible.

Summit to Sea Products

Summit to Sea hyperbaric chambers are FDA cleared. Because of this, all chambers must remain new, unopened, and unused to qualify for return consideration. Once a chamber has been opened, assembled, pressurized, or used in any way, it is no longer eligible for return or refund under any circumstances.

Return eligibility for unopened, unused chambers is evaluated on a case-by-case basis and is subject to Summit to Sea manufacturer approval. To initiate a return inquiry, contact support@luxurywellnessstore.com with proof that the unit remains in its original sealed, unopened condition. We will communicate with Summit to Sea on your behalf to determine eligibility. Please confirm space requirements, placement details, and delivery access before placing your order. Freight returns due to incorrect addresses or delivery refusal may incur additional carrier fees.

Golden Designs / Dynamic Saunas / Maxxus Products

Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible at support@luxurywellnessstore.com or +1 (860) 590-3541 if you need to request a cancellation. Once an order has shipped, it is no longer eligible for cancellation and the following return conditions apply: a 20% restocking fee will be applied to all approved returns, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, the product must be unused and returned in its original packaging in new and resalable condition, and refunds are processed after the returned product is received and inspected by the manufacturer.

Please inspect your order carefully at the time of delivery. If there is visible damage, note it on the delivery receipt and contact us within 24 hours at support@luxurywellnessstore.com with photos of the damage, packaging, and shipping label. Saunas are large freight items and returns can be costly. If you are unsure which model is right for your space, please contact us before placing your order.

Dr. Fuji Products (Including Dr. Boss and Asahi)

All product sales are final once shipped. Order cancellations must be submitted in writing within 24 hours of purchase. If the item has not shipped within that 24-hour window, a full refund will be processed. If an order has already shipped, a 30% restocking fee applies, return shipping is the customer's responsibility, and items must be returned in good condition in original packaging. Refunds are issued only after the item is returned and inspected. Policy Changes

Luxury Wellness Store reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. The version in effect at the time of purchase applies to your order.
