Manufacturer Warranty Information
All products sold by Luxury Wellness Store are covered by the original manufacturer's warranty. As an authorized reseller, Luxury Wellness Store does not provide or administer warranties directly. Warranty coverage, terms, and service procedures are determined solely by each manufacturer.

Body Balance System
Most Body Balance System devices, including the OvationULT, are backed by a 5-year warranty covering parts and labor. Warranty specifics may vary by product. To initiate a warranty claim, contact us at support@luxurywellnessstore.com to receive the official BBS Service Request Form. Do not attempt to contact Body Balance System directly — proper documentation is required to maintain warranty and regulatory compliance.
Golden Designs
Golden Designs products include a 5-year warranty on electronics. Labor warranty is not included.
Cryonick Wellness Technology Factory
All Cryonick Wellness Technology Factory products include a standard 1-year manufacturer's warranty covering the structural frame, motors, mechanical and electrical parts, and labor. High-wear console items and touch screens are covered for 90 days. An optional extended warranty service plan of up to 3 years is available and must be elected within 10 days of purchase. Warranty claims must be submitted within 10 days of discovering the issue. Contact us to initiate a claim.
Summit to Sea
Summit to Sea warrants all products and accessories against defects for 2 years from the date of delivery, covering parts and labor including all components such as zippers, windows, seams, valves, and hoses. Extended warranties of 1, 2, or 3 years are available for purchase at any time before the original warranty expires. Shipping to and from Summit to Sea for warranty service is the customer's responsibility.
Oakworks
Warranty coverage varies by Oakworks product line:
- Masters' Collection: 5 years frame | 2 years upholstery and padding | 2 years electrical and hydraulic | 2 years labor
- Signature Collection: 5 years frame | 2 years upholstery and padding | 2 years electrical and hydraulic | 1 year labor
- Portable Tables and Chairs: 5 years frame | 2 years upholstery and padding
- Accessories, Trolleys, and Stools: 1 year parts and upholstery
Warranty applies to the original owner only. Labor is covered within the continental United States.
Dr. Fuji (including DR.BOSS and ASAHI)
Dr. Fuji products include a 1-year manufacturer warranty covering defects in materials or workmanship.
Prism
Prism Light Pod (Full-Body Bed): 5-year bumper-to-bumper warranty on frame and structural components, and a 2-year limited warranty on all electronic parts. LEDs are rated for 100,000 hours. Remote troubleshooting is available via phone, Zoom, or FaceTime. Replacement parts are shipped for self-repair with video instructions. Onsite repair is available and billed separately if required.
Prism Light Pad (Portable Unit): 2-year return-to-factory limited warranty with a maximum of one replacement during the warranty period. The customer is responsible for shipping the defective unit back to Prism.
iComfort and Westinghouse
iComfort and Westinghouse massage chairs include a 1-year warranty covering parts and labor. A technician will be dispatched for significant issues, or replacement parts will be provided for minor ones. After the first year, parts and labor are charged accordingly.
Capillus
Capillus products are backed by a 3-year limited manufacturer warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship.
