For indoor use only. This sauna requires a dedicated 120V, 15 amp electrical circuit. After 3 hours of continuous use, allow the sauna to shut down and cool for 1 hour before your next session. Exit the sauna right away if you feel dizzy, sleepy, or uncomfortable in any way.
