How Does the Inflatable Oval Cold Plunge Actually Work
The tub uses a drop stitch PVC construction, the same style of material used in paddle boards, inflated to 6 to 8 PSI to hold its shape rigidly enough to stand up under body weight in water. Once filled to roughly 70 percent capacity, there's enough water to submerge your upper body while keeping your head clear.
The tub itself does not cool the water. Temperature comes from ice, manual water changes, or the optional chiller add-on.
What's the Difference Between "Just the Tub" and Adding a Chiller
This listing includes the tub only. Without a chiller, you'll bring the water down with ice or by regularly draining and refilling with cold water. The optional chiller (.8 HP or 1.0 HP) attaches to the tub and cools automatically down to 37°F, with WiFi app control for temperature and scheduling. Chillers are purchased separately and are not included with a "Just the Tub" order.
What Results Can You Actually Expect
