How Does the Gracia Full Spectrum Actually Work
Infrared heat warms your body directly instead of heating the air around you. That's why an infrared sauna can deliver the same effect as a traditional steam sauna at a much lower cabin temperature, which makes longer sessions easier to sit through.
This cabin uses 6 total heaters. Four are FAR infrared carbon panels built into the left and right walls, rated Near Zero EMF. The other two are Near Infrared heaters, one built into the rear wall and one below the bench, which is what makes this the Full Spectrum version of the Gracia line. Together they cover near, mid, and far infrared wavelengths in one cabin.
Gracia vs Gracia Elite vs Gracia Full Spectrum, What's Actually Different
All three share the same 1-2 person cabin, the same dimensions, and the same Canadian Hemlock construction. The difference is in the heaters. The original Gracia uses Low EMF carbon panels rated 5 to 10mG. The Gracia Elite steps that up to Ultra Low EMF, rated 3 to 5mG. This Gracia Full Spectrum goes further on the carbon panels, at Near Zero EMF under 3mG, and is the only one of the three with Near Infrared heaters. If full spectrum coverage matters more to you than having the single lowest EMF reading in the room, this is the model built for that.
What Does Near Zero EMF Actually Mean
EMF is the magnetic field given off by any electrical device. This cabin's 4 FAR infrared carbon panels are rated Near Zero EMF, measuring under 3mG at about 2 inches from the panel. The 2 Near Infrared heaters run higher, measuring about 5 to 7mG at that same 2 inch distance. That's a normal tradeoff for full spectrum coverage, and we'd rather tell you the real numbers for both heater types than round everything down to one figure.

Safety Information
This sauna is for indoor use only. Exit immediately if you feel dizzy, lightheaded, or any discomfort. After 3 hours of continuous use, the sauna needs to be shut down for at least one hour before the next session.
This unit requires a dedicated 120V/15amp electrical circuit. Do not run any other appliance on the same circuit while the sauna is in use. Consult your physician before use if you are pregnant, have a heart condition, high or low blood pressure, diabetes, or another medical condition, or if you are taking medication. Do not use the sauna after consuming alcohol or drugs, and never sleep inside the cabin.
Clean the interior with a soft, damp cloth and plain water only. Never use chemical or aerosol cleaners on the wood, as they can be absorbed and released back into the cabin during use. This product is intended for adults 18 and older.
