This sauna is for indoor use only. Limit continuous use to 3 hours, then shut the sauna down for 1 hour before your next session. Exit the sauna immediately if you feel dizzy, sleepy, or uncomfortable in any way.
Plug into a 120V/15 amp dedicated circuit as specified on the electrical label. Never operate the sauna with wet hands or wet feet, and never touch the metal prongs of the plug. Pregnant women and anyone with a heart condition, high or low blood pressure, diabetes, or other medical conditions should consult a physician before use, as should anyone taking prescription or non-prescription medication. Never use the sauna after drinking alcohol or using drugs, and never sleep inside the sauna.
Clean the interior with plain water and a soft, damp cloth only. Never use liquid cleaners, aerosol cleaners, or chemical-based cleaning agents, since they can be absorbed into the wood and released back into the cabin during use. This product is intended for adults 18 and older.
