Infrared heat warms your body directly instead of heating the air around you first. That's why the Lugano only needs to reach about 120°F to work, compared to 190°F or more for a traditional steam sauna.
The Lugano combines three infrared wavelengths. Far infrared reaches deepest into the body and is most linked to sweating. Mid infrared is linked to blood flow and circulation. Near infrared works closest to the skin and is linked to cell renewal. Nine heaters deliver this combination, six far infrared carbon panels plus three near infrared elements, so all three types of heat are working in every session.
Standard Lugano vs Full Spectrum, What's Actually Different
The standard DYN-6336-02 uses far infrared carbon heaters only. The Lugano Full Spectrum, DYN-6336-03 FS, keeps the same nine heater layout and the same 2,200 watt output, but swaps three of the rear wall heaters for near infrared elements.
