A traditional sauna heats the air with a stove instead of infrared panels. The Engelberg's 8.0 kW stove warms the cabin to a dry heat on its own, with an ideal range of 170 to 185°F and a maximum of 190°F. The included bucket and scoop let you add steam to the room during your session, something infrared saunas cannot replicate.

This sauna is for indoor use, or outdoor use only when placed under a covered structure with a waterproof roof. If placed outdoors, a waterproof cover must be used over the sauna room when it's not in use.
The stove must be installed by a certified, licensed electrician, using copper wire rated for 90°C, per your local electrical code. Do not exceed the 190°F maximum temperature. Exit the sauna immediately if you feel dizzy, sleepy, or any discomfort. Pregnant women, and anyone with a heart condition, high or low blood pressure, circulatory issues, or diabetes, should consult a physician before use. Do not use alcohol, drugs, or medications before or during a session, and never sleep inside the sauna.
Cedar wood may cause eye and skin irritation, respiratory and digestive tract irritation, or an allergic breathing or skin reaction. Discontinue use if symptoms occur.
Clean only with plain water and a soft cloth. Do not use liquid cleaners, aerosol cleansers, benzene, alcohol, or other strong chemicals inside or on the sauna. This product is intended for adults 18 and older.
