All orders ship free within the continental United States. No minimum order required. We do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations.

As soon as you place your order you will receive an order confirmation email. This means we have received your order and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. We immediately reach out to our suppliers to confirm the item is in stock and available for shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and contact you by email.

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST begin processing the same day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day. Standard shipping typically takes 5 to 9 business days after processing.

You will receive tracking information by email within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse. Please inspect all items at delivery. If you notice any damage, note it on the delivery receipt before signing and report it to support@luxurywellnessstore.com within 24 hours with photos of the product, all packaging, and the shipping label.

All returns require prior written approval and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before shipping anything back. To request an RMA email support@luxurywellnessstore.com with your order number, product details, and reason for return.

For eligible returns we provide a prepaid return label at no upfront cost. A 25% restocking fee applies and the actual return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Refunds are processed within 7 business days of the return being received and approved.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect we cover 100% of return costs with no restocking fee.

All products sold by Luxury Wellness Store are covered by the original manufacturer's warranty. As an authorized reseller, Luxury Wellness Store does not provide or administer warranties directly. Warranty coverage, terms, and service procedures are determined solely by each manufacturer.

To qualify, the item must be identical in brand, model, version, and condition, be new, in stock, and available for immediate purchase from an authorized U.S. retailer, and include the same terms of sale including warranty coverage and shipping conditions. Exclusions include auction sites such as eBay, discontinued, second-hand, open-box, or refurbished products, out-of-stock items at the competitor's store, and limited-time promotions including Black Friday, Cyber Week, and Prime Day.
