The Novaa Light Boot surrounds your whole foot and ankle with red and near infrared light, from your soles and arches to your toes, heels and ankles. How Does the Novaa Light Boot Actually Work
The boot is lined with 170 LEDs facing inward toward your foot. Each LED holds three light chips, one red 660nm chip and two near infrared 850nm chips, for 510 light chips in total.
Red 660nm light works at the surface of the skin. Near infrared 850nm light reaches deeper into muscles and joints. Using both at once covers the outer layers and the deeper tissue in the same session.
Light output is strongest closest to the LEDs. NovaaLab lists 120 mW/cm² at contact, 45 mW/cm² at 1 inch and 25 mW/cm² at 3 inches.
What Does TotalFoot360® Mean
TotalFoot360® is NovaaLab's name for the boot's full coverage design. The LEDs surround the foot so light reaches the soles, arches, toes, heels and ankles in one session, instead of only the area you hold a device against.
How to Use the Novaa Light Boot
- Plug the power cord into the adaptor, then connect the adaptor to the remote with the connecting wire.
- Sit or lie down and slide your foot into the boot with the LEDs facing inward. Your foot and lower leg should sit comfortably inside, with your heel and ankle lined up.
- Turn the boot on with the remote.
- Set your intensity and choose Static or Pulse mode.
- Relax for your 20 minute session. It is best to stay seated or lying down the whole time. Please do not stand or walk while wearing the boot.
- The boot turns off on its own when the session ends. Power it off with the remote and unplug it.
- Use it daily or as needed.

Safety Information
For the best experience and your safety, use the boot while seated or lying down. Do not stand or walk while wearing it.
Keep sessions to 10 to 20 minutes per area. If you feel any discomfort, start with 5, 10 or 15 minute sessions and build up slowly. Avoid longer sessions than recommended.
Do not look directly into the LEDs while they are on.
