How Does the Novaa Recovery Pod Actually Work
The Pod has a lower half and an upper half with a collar. You lie on the lower half, fold the upper half over you, and close it with the zipper.
The 2,320 LEDs deliver 660nm red and 850nm near-infrared light. Each LED has 3 chips, one 660nm red and two 850nm near-infrared. NovaaLab explains it this way: the light stimulates ATP production in your cells, boosting cellular energy.
The remote has an LCD display and adjusts the intensity, the timer and the mode. You can run the lights in static or pulse mode. The timer is set to 20 minutes by default and switches the Pod off on its own.
660nm vs 850nm, What's the Difference

How Do You Use It

Step 3. Lie on the lower half, the part without the collar. Fold the upper half over you and close the zipper.
Step 4. Relax for your session. The timer runs 20 minutes by default and turns the Pod off automatically.
Step 5. When you finish, unplug it and store it in its bag, away from humidity.
