The Novaa Extra Strength Laser is a handheld cold laser, also called a low-level laser therapy (LLLT) device. It combines two wavelengths in one tool: twelve 650nm red laser diodes and four 808nm near infrared laser diodes. All 16 are Class 3B lasers.

How to Use

- Place the laser directly on the area and hold it there until the device shuts off. For a larger muscle group, glide it across the area.
- Use it on each area for 2 to 5 minutes, once or twice daily. For a small area, NovaaLab recommends sticking with 5 minutes per spot.
