How Does the Novaa Knee Ultra Actually Work
The wrap is lined with 96 LEDs that face inward toward your knee. Each LED pairs one red 660nm chip with two near infrared 850nm chips. Red light works at the surface of the skin, while near infrared light reaches deeper tissue around the joint.

How to Use the Novaa Knee Ultra
- Wrap the Novaa Knee Ultra around your knee with the LEDs facing your leg and the cable port at the top.
- Press and hold the power button in the middle of the remote for 3 seconds. The screen shows "Novaalab" and then the operation page.
- Press Start/Pause to turn on the lights.
- Use the SET and adjust buttons to set your light, intensity and session length.
- Relax or keep moving for your 20 minute session.
